Want to claim for refund fees

Respected Sir,

I am Arpitkumar Patel from Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

My brother has joined Absulate academy (Sector 16, Gandhinagar, Gujarat) in july for IIT-JEE entress exam preparation course.

That was 2 year course and total fees was 1, 12, 000 Rs. some thing and we have paid 50, 000 Rs. to them.

The suddenly closed them institute without any notice or any thing.

I want your help to claim that institute and punish them for cheating with my brother and also other students.
