Phone Set dysfuntional since a yea

Subject: Our malfunctioning phone set since last many months.

With due respects, we take this opportunity to say that our Phone Set No.: 2442177, at Galundia Vihar, 1425 Flora Complex, Inside Modern Complex, Bhuvana, UDAIPUR-313004, RAJASTHAN.

As told to us by various concerned authorities we approached that the cable has certain fault and it is embedded under one and a half fit thick concrete road where mending the cable is a daunting task and taking permission to dig the road is another.

But such impediment has taken too long to to pave way for the solution and non availability of the basic phone facility in the suburban area is quite distressing. Please expedite the process to allay our inconvenience.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
