Dear Sir,

I had 3 seats booked in the Thane CBS to Chincholi ST bus. The ticket booking reference is A1864017 ticket (6262621). The seat numbers are 27, 28 & 32 journey date 31st Aug. Our scheduled boarding was at the Airoli Circle. The driver on the ST bus for this journey was Mr. Pagare. We had been waiting for the bus at the Airoli circle from 12.45pm till 3.25pm. On enquiring about the bus delay I was shocked to know that the driver rerouted the bus from Thane directly stopping at Rabale stop without any prior intimation or information. I strongly protest the utmost negligence by the MSRTC and valuable loss of time & money and severe inconvenience caused to me and my family. I expect an explanation and apology for the severe inconvenience caused to me and my family and immediate arrangement for the refund of my ticket expenses.
