Rude and unruly behaviour of MSRTC employees

Hi,

I travel from Pune-Belapur and back 5 days a week. And in my some 10-15 days of travel, I've faced two incidents of very rude and unacceptable behaviour from MSRTC bus officials.

1. I took this Asiad 2x2 bus from Belapur to Pune. The normal ticket is Rs 95, (though I rarely get that 5 Rs back). Generally i forward a 100 RS note, but this one day i just had a 500 Rs note. So I gave the same to the conductor. He saw it, as if I'd given him some 5000 Rs note and a change for the same was impossible to produce. He asked, if I 'd a change, I told him, I didn't. So he shouted, " chutta nahin hai, ab kya ye phad kar dun... followed by some nasties". Such unruly behaviour from a service provider is really not understandable.

2. I was looking for some PASS which could fetch me some concession. Thankfully, I got to know about this 4 and 10 days pass for Asiad bus service costing 400 for 4 days. So, I went to Panvel bus depot to get this pass issued on Monday, 15 Jun'09 (today itself). I asked the official in charge of issuing the PASS, if there was a provision for this PASS. Despite the fact that this detail was written on the wall rght next to his window, he said, " nahin banta". I told him, that it's mentioned here for a 4 days pass /Rs. 400. On this, his simple reply was... " haan theek hai, kal aana."

Why has MSTRC appointed such officials, who don't even know any tenacity or a way of speaking, leave responsibility towards their duty apart?
