Ticket not Booked/Unsuccessful transaction

I tried to book ticket today, 16th September at around 11:20 AM with following details

login ID: rbhutad

From Thane Vandana (THNVND)

To Chandani Chwok (CWK)

Bus: 17:31 AC Shivneri

Seat: 28 (window)

The amount was deducted from my HDFC Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and intimating passenger to print, did not appear.

Also the ticket was not available in My Tickets.
