Procedure for changing the ECR to ECNR

Respected Sir,

I, Mr. Satish P Badhe would really like to thank you for mailing my passport at my address at the earliest but Sir I had applied for the ECNR passport but i had got the ECR one. So, kindly suggest me the procedure to change the ECR to ECNR. My Passport no.is: G2875006.
