Non functioning of telephone

My telephone connection with internet connection not funncitoning proeprly ever since from 2/8 to that effect I have lodged complaint with customer service connection vide complaint reference No.56660395 and again I lodged another complaint on 7/6 there is no response from the Junior Engineer Thiruniravoor Exchange whenever i called him over his mobile he used to give lame reason as if there is rainny and unable to setright the cable fault there is no rain for more than 3 to 4 days form the date of complaint this is the lethorigic attitude of the concern JE Thiruniravoor Exchange I have again lodged complaint before the DGM Ambattur no response I have already received the telephone bill for the month of Auugst to be payable on or before 30/8 though telephone line is not working i am forced to pay the bills for the month of August I am entiled for rebate for non working period make necessary arrangement for set right the things and also give rebate in the bill for non working peiod
