Delivered to wrong address

Hi,

My sister has sent me important document from Hyderabad. but it was not delivered on time .after an enquiry, customer care said that it has been delivered. But still i didnt receive the document and also i have also enquired the people in house. It was not delivered to the right place.

Could you please ckeck and updatethe status. It's very urgent.
