MTNL Broadband
Asdl router restarts automatically

I have been using MTNL Broadband services for last 2 year and happy with the quality of it.

but for last 2 months my UT Star modem restarts automatically while working...

i have made several complaints on phone but not got any service...

when i tried to complaint on MTNL website that message is being displayed that i am not using their broadband services???
