Straydogs problem

iam a resident of KPHB colony 4th phase, in our colony its being a big probelm with the stray dogs .problems created by them are unexpressive .if we found any of the road in our colony there will not be less than 10 dogs in any street .even all of the residents having sleepless nights because of their sounds too. iam being a representative of all the residents.so, please do take the action on this issue. thankyou
