Disturbance during talk

Dear Sir,

My name is Jagmohan and in live in Najafgarh, i have a connection of mtnl landline phone which is not working properly from last 1 month.. i have complained for it many a times, sometimes lineman comes and make it work correct but after 2-3 days the disturbance occurs again. so I want to request to find a permanent solution for it whether by having a new wire or by changing the pole... Hope you will look into this matter and sort it out soon..
