my landline number is 01123840889, i hav taken broadband connection 20 days back nd found that it is not working around 10 days, so what is the use of such connection...

i had mailed you earlier dated 23 sep regardin the same

had also complained on 1504, 1500 repeatedly, complant number 41600899, 40200604...

1504 executive say dial 1500 and vice versa...

sir now i am repenting that why i hav taken your coonection, whose service are so poor, and nobody is ready to listen

sir to whom i should call in such crisis of your services...

give me the number of some senior official., otherwise i hav to search some other option...
