This is regarding on going problem since more then a month. MTNL DOLPHIN, MUMBAI has gone stale and rotten. They are talking about 3G and stuff. But unable to give the basic service. 99% of the time there is NO NETWORK. So, CALL DROPS, VOICE CRACKS, PHONE IS SWITCHED OFF, OUT OF COVERAGE AREA and any dame thing that can happen. And nobody in MTNL-DOLPHIN is bothered to look into it. I think they should scrap off the entire network and sell it. IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE BASIC COMMUNICATION WHY YOU SHOULD BE PAID??? The MD may not be using MTNL-DOLPHIN. It is obvious that sombody has been bribed for creating such a situation.
