Dear Sir,
I'm very sorry to saying this that after sendig mail regarding false meter reading and unwanted bill for my tel. No. 25781867 no action was taken.
I wrote a written complaint on 25/10 to Powai Telephone Exchange
but no action was taken till date and a new bill was generated of amount rs. 1223.00 for ten days for said tel. no.
I have two mobile phones (9833754287 & 9773103966). I take a mtnl landline phone only for emergency incoming calls. I have not use on this huge level. I also talk to Mrs. Nair in Powai Tel. Exchange and Submit a copy of written Complaint and Mrs. Tendulkar in Accounts Department in Surya Nagar (Kailash Commercial Complex) on Tel. No. 25792343 but no satisfactory response given to me.
