I had just installed MTNL Triband on 25 December and since then i am facing a whole lot of troubles. Initially, they booked the connection but did not provide the service. On repeat requests and complaints, they started the procedure but to no avail because i was not able to browse the net until December 25. When only couple of weeks had passed using this service, they disconnected the service and reason was given nonpayment of bill, which in fact is not true and was not due to my fault. First of all, i did not get the bill nor i was aware that bill cycle will change from bimonthly to monthly. Secondly, i somehow became aware that bill has been generated and i have missed the due date which was 3 January, but soon i made the payment on 8 December. Until then the service was in place, but on 10 December onwards the service was dicontinued even after payment of bill. I lodged several complaints number of times, i even went to telephone exchange and met several officials including SDO Idgah telephone exchange, but still nothing concrete has been done to address my problem and i am still not able to use this service. As of now it has been more than 20 days.
Moreover, my plan was a limited plan and i also could not use the allocated MBs of my plan for the month of January.
So, i please request you to help me out on this issue.
