KSRTC online booking failed

I booked a online ticket from Bangalore to Goa for the 26th March. But on the day of travel my name was not there on the reservation sheet and I was made to buy a fresh ticket and file a request for refund of original ticket. Please guide me how to claim the money which was debited from my account.
