Settlement of P.F A/C MH/94723/10379

It is submitted that cheque no 75034 dated 30-Jan for rs 3283/- and withdrawal cheque no 148243 dated 30-Jan for rs 1563/- were sent to the MANAGER AXIS BANK DLF GURGAON SG-21-22 DALLERILA SHOPPING MALL PHASE - 2 GURGAON - 122002. For final settlement and withdrawal benefit against Provident Fund Account No 94723/10379 in my Name and crediting the same to my Saving bank Account No 131010100432702. But regretfully it is submitted that no action has been taken by the concerned Manager and I personally contacted with AXIS BANK OF Rajouri Garden Branch also.

It is humble request that immediate and urgent action be taken to settle the issue under intimation to me at the WZ -106/81 RAJOURI GARDEN EXT, NEW DELHI -110027 and contact no 9818153837.
