I was having the Airtel Post paid connection. I was about to relocate from Bangalore to Delhi. For disconnecting my mobile service i called up to Airtel Customer care and ask the procedure. They told me to send a mail from my corporate mail id to [email protected]. I does tha same. But even after so many days they didn't disconnected it. As i have given the Standing Instruction to deduct the amount from my ICICI credit card. They are still deducting the amount from the same. And not disconnecting the number after so many reminders and request.
Please do the needful.
