Smart card machine not working

Hello,

i am a regular traveller of western railway from borivali in mumbai, 4 smart card machine that were installed some months before on borivali west railway station, only 1 is working, due to which it's a huge line to use 1 smart card machien as several passenger's r using the card since launched. pls repair or replace the 3 damaged smart card machine at earliest.
