Got PAN number but not received pancard yet

Dear sir,

after filling the application for new PAN card, i received

PAN NO from the agent and the PAN card was supposed to be dispatched on my Permanent Residential Address.

It has been 4 months and I haven't yet got my Pan CARD.

My PAN No is AORPG2922G.
