REGARDING PF

Respected sir,

I was working with ADECCO FLEXIONE for the client of MY DOLLAR STORE-MUM . i was joined there in APR and i resigned on Nov-07. I have already submiited all the documents to authorised person Mr. Yogesh from the company but still idid not get. I have already confirmed by with (080-25734590) from bangalore office regarding the same but she replied as they have returned on 03/03 my form to the company.please kinldly do the needful because am waiting for the same. PF office returned it but when i got my PF please give me repply
