I purchase cash iptv connection on date 30.6.09 but some technicals problem connection is not start

i registered disconnection request on date 9.7.09 and company assure you recipt refund after 15days

regarding this i do many call on 1860 26 69929 everbody give assurance you receipt payment 7 to10 days please wait some days but payment is not receipt till days.
