Head set not working properly to connect radio

Dear sir,

My buy new N 6233 from RPG tellicom, surat on 05/06 .

My head set not working well for radio. I will check it with my friend headset.

In my mobile N 6233 connect with head set radio will not run sharp.

When connect with my friend's mobile head set, radio will run very sharp and when my head set will connect with my friend's mobile radio will not run sharp.
