Very poor service centre at Kochi - Kadavanthra

Sir,

The Nokia care at Kochi- Kadavanthra is very poor. The major drawbacks are

A . One has to wait more than 1 hour to meet sevice people, enough staff to be employed and all the staff in customer counter should be technically competent & Communicative.

B. All the time A/c & Fan is not Working

C. The number of customer service counters Working are 2-3 only at a time.

D. Seen some lady staff (of service counter) approaching an efficient boy (of another sevice counter) all the time with doubts / for support. At that time one of the counter is not in service.

E.Shifting of centers is not properly communicated to the Public.

F. Very ugly outlook.

But by gods grace in my turn I happened to meet that efficient boy (earlier he was attending the neighbouring cabins also)
