More time used for repairing

Sir good afternoon

I am a farmer. i belong to village. i was sale N72 handset. this set create prroblem. I gave handset to nokiacare of muzaffarnagar (abhishek telicom, first floor service club court gate, prakash chowk, muzaffarnagar u.p. ) at 09-08-08. but not reponse for my handset. I am unhappy for nokiacare service.

so please my handset repair very soon.
