I gave my Nokia N73 to the Nokia priority dealer, WIRELESS NETWORK (ADDRESS :- 55, VIVEKANANDA ROAD, KOL-700006, MOB NO :- 9830133018) for repair of LCD (which was broken) on 23/02 thinking it to be a service centre. They still took the handset knowing even though it was not there work but the work of service centre. They told me that they will change the LCD of my handset. On 28/02 i went to the shop to collect the handset and they took Rs- from me. After receiving the handset ii found the screen was not properly visible. I took my handset to a nerarby NOKIA CARE -SATYA TELECARE (ADDRESS:- 231/A, CHITTARANJAN AVENUE, KOL-700006, PH NO :- 033-25336447) To ensure that whether my LCD was replaced or not. I was surprised to hear from them that my LCD was not actually replaced. I then again approach to the PRIORITY DEALER and told them what was told to me by NOKIA CARE. then the PRIORITY DEALER replied that there was a problem in the board of the Hand set and which will again cost Rs - to get repaired. They further gave me the suggestion of selling my handset. At the time of taking the handset if PRIORITY DEALER were not sure what was the problem why they took the handset and cost Rs- They are just fooling the customers. So i request the concerned authorities to take some serious action against the PRIORITY DEALER. They should replace my LCD.
