I, Dolly Thakkar, daughter of Mr. Kannu thakkar am hereby sending you this humble request for my phone error, unsolved from your side.
On 9th December, with lots of faith in Nokia, we being your old sincere consumers purchased a N79 for Rs.20, 000 from a Nokia dealer store in Ghatkopar with lots of hope and excitement with the many new features you'll provide your customers.
But my excitement and happiness was short lived as in five months of using it, never mishandling it or not even overloading its memory card, it started HANGING.
I needed to restart it almost 15-17 times in a day to use it for basic purpose of making a call or seeking a contact number.
I, being a Doctor by profession, am fully dependent on my phone for getting details of my patients while I am out or when I am needed to attend Emergencies anytime.
On 25th May in 2 days of facing the same problem, I went to get it repaired at Nokia Care, Today Telecom-9/10 Padmavati Darshan, Opp Deepak Cinema, N.M.Joshi Marg, Mumbai-400013. I had been told the problem shall be solved in half an hour but I had to wait there for almost 3 hours after which I was told that the repairing needed a higher center at DELHI and the process shall take 2 Days. JOB SHEET NUMBER GIVEN THEN WAS: 646504867/090525/68 on the name of Mr. Kannu Thakkar, my father and contact n0. 9322551414.
After constant follow ups & no signs of concern from your side of informing of how long would the process take or the where abouts... Finally the phone was handed off stating that the problem was solved.. On 3rd June after a span of 10 LONG DAYS. But to my horror .. within 5mins of using the phone, it began hanging again, thus showing that the problem wasn't even seen by you'll, forget solving it...
I re-called & I was told that since it had been repaired sorting it off would now be a matter of just few minutes..I had to go to the center once again. Now, I was told that the memory card was corrupted. I willingly got that too formatted... On checking the phone, the problem yet persisted and now I had to hear the same excuse as earlier that the phone needed a higher center at DELHI & the process would take 15 DAYS for it, the JOB SHEET NUMBER BEING: 646504867/090604/89 on the name of Dolly Thakkar with a verdict that I shall be returned it on 20th June.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN ME WHAT EXACTLY HAS BEEN HAPPENING AT YOUR CENTER. i AM GIVEN THE SAME EXCUSE OF IT NEEDING A HIGHER CENTER AND THAT TOO AFTER KEEPING IT FOR 10 DAYS ; WHICH ONLY INDICATES A LAYMAN TOO THAT IT HAD BEEN KEPT UNSEEN, UNTOUCHED & UNSOLVED FOR THIS LONG AND RETURNED LATER WITH A WHITE LIE OF BEING REPAIRED. WHO GUARANTEES ME THAT THIS TIME I AM NOT GOING TO BE FOOLED AGAIN AND THAT ITS REALLY GOING TO BE SENT AT DELHI AND THAT SOME ENGINEER IS REALLY FIX IT UP???
I am completely disappointed with your response & have really lost faith in you'll.
I am Sorry to make this complaint but one grumbles only when there is a breech in the trusted relation.
Kindly look into the matter & do the needful.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused but please don't let my hopes and expectations down...
