Metallic cover damaged

I took a N91 1.5 years ago..

from last 8 months i am not able to use my mobile cause i m not able get its case cover as oute metallic cover is damaged..

I went nokia cares in chennai 3 times

but instead of they are taking order they just saying its out of stoke & told me to go another nokia care shop..

can you tell me can i get that metallic cover???
