I would highly appreciate it if the law is laid down on the pricing of the N95 masks and other surgical masks available in the market, during this difficult time. The prices should be a standard fixed price, wherby everyone can avail of these. It has become a money making racket. We the consumer should be allowed to complain to the local police if overcharged by the local chemist. this will stop them from selling it at higher n sometimes unaffordable prices. The chemist says that they are being supplied at higher prices by the dealers, but that also needs to be checked.
It is absolutely important that this problem be settled at the earliest. also i was informed that very cheap material masks are being sold in areas such as Crawford Market. I think it is necessary to look into this as well, as those less ignorant than us, can be taken advantage of, for a quick buck.
