Hanging, automatic switching off, sometimes not charging and showing irregular display

iam very much unhappy with N97, automatic switching off, hanging while receiving call, immediately approached the seller m/s technovision, road no 12 banjara hills 04023396489, he refused to talk by saying that iam only the seller if u have any problem contact ameerpet customer care when i approached cust care they are adv for change of software

this is very unfortunate kindly return my money since u have sold fault product
