Complaint: Booking of TCL DV 708 Handicam order mno. 58603
i am to inform you with great concern that i have booked a Booking of TCL DV 708 Handicam order no. 58603 on 27/09 assuring that the same will be deliver to me with in a week from date of order but unfortunately till date i could not get the same.
in this regard when i aspproached to know the correct position of delivery of productto mrs, /miss Archanaa of your enquiry counter she asked me to wait & she will inform me with in 2 hrs. but till today i could not get any reply from her i again contacted to miss/mrs shalini for the same enquiry she also replied me in the same manner yesterday & day before yesterday
to day i again approached to miss /mrs neha for enquiry purpose she asked me for waiting at least fortnight from today. in this circumstances i request you to please cancel my above noted order & send me the amount of booking to me at once
