Sirs,

After changing my password for the above id in the month of December, I forgot the newly entered password, therfore may I request you for the following.

1]Is it possible for you to help me to reinstate my previous password itself which I remember or the newly entered password to my active e-mail [email protected].

2]Or a possibility of identification through my school name etc instead of pet, s name as I have not had any pets and may have given a different identification when I first opened my e-mail account in the year 2002.
