Non Receipt of PAN (UCP No. PO15288158)

Dear Sir,

As per PAN Department, Mumbai, the PAN card has been despatched on 29.11.08, Under Certificate Post (UCP No. PO15288158, Despatch ID - 40602599) to my address (C/o - Biswanath Kundu, P.O.- Sonamukhi, Dist - Bankura, Pin - 722207). But till now I have not received that consignment. Please do the needful in regard of the same as early as possible.
