I sent a Register letter to: PETITONS TEAM, OFFICE OF THE HIGH COMMISSIONRER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS, UNITED NATIONS OFFICE AT GENEVA, 1211-GENEVA -10, SWITZERLAND on 24th Febryary 2009 wide Register Receipt No: fgn-AIR-Rl A RR413192849IN from the Shastri Nagar Post Office, Adayar, Chennai-600020. To get confirmation from the above cited Office, I gave a mail in this regard and received a reply on 23rd March informing that the Registered letter not received by them.
