Postal delay

Hello Sir/Madam,

Looks like there are some postal delays going on Hyderabad.

1) My mom (lives in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh) sent rakhi to her brother who lives in Shanthi garden, Nacharam, Hyderabad three weeks ago. He hasn't received the rakhi yet.

2) This monday ie 10th august I had to go to central bank of india, koti zonal office to pick up my admit card. I phoned the bank a week ago. They said they have dispatched the card and I also received confirmation e-mail from them. But still till today I havn't received the original card.

I have applied my other govt. exams for those I still yet to receive the admit cards.

Please see to it otherwise I will not be able to participate in the exams which I have applied.
