Error while submitting the form

My name is naresh kumar i am just trying to submissted the form from last 6 days but Server is still not responding, I dont know what is the reason.check out the same. My journal no. is of 16 May..Your know very well that last date of subbmission of 31st May.so do the needfull as soon as possible.
