Dear Concern,

I sent a MONEY ORDER NO .2450 by speed post to KOLKATTA on 26/06 from MALAD POST OFFICE (Pin: 400 034). Unfortunately however, the MONEY ORDER Worth Rs 5000/- has not been delivered till 16.07.2008 (as per the confirmation received from native palace). It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately?
