I am Rahul Tripathi c/o L.C.Kandpal want to inform you that in rain period there is a situation of flooding of water in front of my lane from house no.179 to 199 in sector-14 vikas nagar, lucknow. And also I want to inform you that there is no construction of road while other part of colony have been constructed. So its my kind request to you that please take proper action against it.
