For Refund of Advavced paid Fee

Dear Sir

My self Shrikant D. Samal. I am student of T.y B.Com of Gujarat Univercity

I want to make comlaint that This institute is refusing to refund my advanced paid fee for the course.

as i don't want to take this course i wanted my advance paid fees back but the management is refusing to refund me the paid advanced amt of 15000 Rs.

please do the need full and help me out in this matter
