Dear sir, my firm name is narula refrigeraion & i am using your b/band from april.from last 20 days net conectivity is fail but my land line is working.ihad registerd my complaint on 1957 sevrel time but complaint no not given to me &it is not attended yet.i will also inform about this complaint to your nodel officer on phone no05122315544.but sir resuelt is 0 .i am also spoken to mr bhag singh he is looking net complaint but sir he also not given any possitive responce.sir now give me suggetion what i can do.why your staff is attending my complaint whither i go to another company for new connection. please infom me &take action on my complaint.i am very thank full to you. h.s.narula (prop) narula refrigeration
