This is regarding the refund of the caution money I was supposed to get from the school. My daughter Ananya Agarwal studied in LKG and then shifted to other school. I had deposited Rs 1000/- for the smart card too during end of LKG term. A total of Rs 11000/- was available with the school including Rs 10000 for the caution money deposite. Smart card scheam was cancelled and a notice was placed in the school that smart card money will not be refunded however will be adjusted in the fee. At the time of taking transfer certificate (TC) in the month of May 09 I was also informed that Rs 1000/- is not refundable but will be adjusted in fee of Apr and May which i was to pay. Full (annual) fee of UKG was Rs 38950/- and i was suppose to pay Rs 6492/- for two months. ie i should get Rs (11000- 6492). However, when Mr Srinivas, Accountant, told me that Rs 1000/- are not refundable and also will not be adjusted in the Fee paid and I will be getting back Rs 3675/-. No calculation was explained to me. For this I tried to meet the principal and Chairman twice but was not allowed by the reception staff. No reason was given for not allowing to visit principal's office. you are requested to Intervene. Awaiting Your Reply
