I am residing in 354, Second Floor, Bhai Parmanand Colony, Delhi-110009. The load sanctioned on my electricity meter is 3 KW but the load on it on any given time does not exceed 2 KW. The voltage during remain so low that even the 40 Watt tubelight go off after 6 PM everyday and I have to remain in darkness during my night time. I complained several times on local numbers but they show their inability to set it right. I have also lodged complaint on the site of NDPL on 7-7 and my complaint number is NDPL028501.
