Dear Sir/Madam,
We has registered with a maid agency to provide us semi trained maid. They took advance of 1500 Rs and said will provide maid within a week on 21 Sept'08. They did not respond neither provide any maid for more than 3 weeks despite repeated follow ups from our side.
After making several false promises, they said that they only have a fully trained maid and we should come and take it and they would not send it as promised earlier
We got the maid but realized that both the agency and the maid lied to us as she was very much semi-trained and not fully trained. The agency was not taking the maid and the maid was creating a scene in our house. After that the agency has not provided us either with the required semi-trained maid and neither giving us the refund of 10, 500 that they took which includes their fees of 7000 for fully trained and 3500 for the 11th month salary of the maid.
They have been abusing whenever we talk to them. Kindly help us in getting our refund.
