I have brought an Acer Aspire 5920 (S/N LXAKVOCO1181409A422500) personal laptop on 26th September. Then on 5th July my Laptop suddenly stop working (not starting at all) and called up the support center on 6th July (compain no-070609-3) and submitted my laptop to one of your service center. After 13 days, they returned back the laptop to me and after I took the laptop my home I realize that the laptop is starting on but only in main power supply mode not in battery mode. So I called up the support center again and report the problem and they provide me a new complain no-079.I called up the service center next and they told me that they have asked for a new mother board. On 30th July, The service center asked me to visit them with the laptop as they received the new mother board. I submitted my laptop to them and the next day the service center asked me to collect the laptop but the problem is still there as it is not a mother board issue but power board issue and they told that they will request for a new power board. But when today I called up your customer support they told me that my later compain (079) is rejected by service center and there is also no progression for my old compain (070609-3) but it is open.
Now my concern is it is almost 50 days and the issue is still not addressed and no body (service center or support center) are giving any answer to me while my laptop is still in warranty period.
This is a kind of service they provide, each day I call up the local Acer Guy ..and they told that new parts are coming from their main office for replacement. It is almost 50 days, but the problem in my laptop not yet fixed.
Please help me on this immediately as my warranty will be expired soon. Please suggest what should I do next?
