Correction in name

Respected Sir,

I had applied my passport on 11th august at bbsr office. My police clearance report has also been sent to your office. My file reference number is A024942 but when I checked my status I found that my name has been wrongly mentioned as BAUJI KUMAR JENA instead of BAPUJI KUMAR JENA.

So kindly change my name to BAPUJI KMAR JENA as it has been wrongly mentioned in the status report.
