New Horizons India Ltd
Not received my PAN card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied online through NSDL for a change in my PAN card as my photo was not visible. I have sent all the documents on 3rd April-09 but I have not received my PAN card so far. Every time I call to NSDL call centre but they are giving me the unexpected reasons regarding my documents and telling me to call after 3 days. I am continously following up for the same for last 18 days but not satisfied response.

Please help me out.
