I have taken a mediclaim policy for my parents, which i was continuing from last 4/5 years and the instalments were deposited through agent.
the instalment of the policy was due in august and even after mty repeted calls and follow up the agaent did not responded and after 2 days he says that my policy has lapsed and i will have to apply for the fresh policy.
this instance has really shattered my faith i the company and its agent and i am planning to go to the consumer court, specially against the agent.
please guide me if i can take any measures against them
