I have paid subscription against cheque no- 036102 dated 12.08.07 for Rs. 399/= through our vendor but my coupans was misplaced and so far it was not incashed which is confirm by Mr. Akhil and Nitin in January, 09 and inform me to apply for duplicate coupans for that they are required the photo copies of PAN Card and Ration Card but so far non of the DNA representative contacted to me for collection of the photo copies and coupans fees and our nesspapaer vendor is also not taken the interest for the same so please let us know how I will get the duplciate coupans?
