to No.2B, Pink Avenue, Officers Colony, Mogappair, Chennai-50. I am your founder member and I have paid subscription for twelve months expiring on March but as I was given only One subscription Voucher which was handed over to the Prev. Paper Supplier.

Pl.advise in the matter and take suitable action at your end.
