I bought a laptop from next in the month of April 09 and in the beginning of September 09 the laptop got bad i took it to the service centre for repair as it was still under warranty and I was told thee that the laptop was not new and the operating system was installed in the computer in the month of October 08. How can the operating system be installed in the month of October 08 and i bought the laptop in April 09.
